Light aircraft and 3-axis microlights are welcome with PPR and at pilot’s own risk. Landing Fee is \u00a35. If you are leaving your aircraft at the field whilst visiting friends or business in Norwich, a fiver can be left in the red postbox by the entrance gate, if there\u2019s nobody around; this is handy if you are waiting for a taxi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two grass runways: RW16\/34<\/strong> 436m x 28m. RW05\/23<\/strong> 487m x 26m. Windsock adjacent to runway intersection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caution: 1.5m wire fence at threshold RW16; possible turbulence on short final over the trees RW 16; telephone cables on final to RW23 (marked with orange balls). Landfill site (dotted red line) – increased bird activity. Avoid Taverham and Felthorpe villages, and the Taverham garden centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
