With two well maintained grass runways, a diverse fleet of aircraft, and a thriving 3-axis microlight flying school Get Your Wings, Felthorpe is the perfect place to learn, fly, and connect. Whether you’re a seasoned pilot or just beginning your aviation journey, you’ll find expert instruction, friendly faces, and a well equipped clubhouse featuring two flight simulators available for club members.
Felthorpe lies within Norwich controlled airspace. Visiting and home based aircraft receive a warm and professional welcome from Norwich ATC. Their team is friendly and accommodating. Simply follow our straightforward procedures to enjoy smooth and safe operations.
Visitors are always welcome, but PPR is essential. Please call Norwich ATC by phone before arrival to book in.
Felthorpe is an unlicensed airfield operated by the owner for the benefit of its club members and the wider General Aviation community. All visiting aircraft do so at their own risk.
